Why send your child to a Lutheran school?
Here is why you should send your child to a Lutheran elementary school.

Lutheran schools:
-
Are driven by a commitment to the Gospel and focused on a mission of bringing hope and healing to students and families.
-
Are governed by board members who clearly understand their roles and focus on the vision and board policies that effectively govern the operation of the school.
-
Meet or exceed state and national academic standards at all grade levels.
-
Have educators who model visionary leadership. They practice stewardship of resources, build up others and empathize with others.
-
Have educators who model servant leadership. Do those served grow as persons; do they, while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants? (Robert Greenleaf)
-
Have educators who model spiritual leadership. They study God’s Word, share their personal faith story, apply Law and Gospel appropriately, exhibit a passion for ministry, act courageously, equip God’s people for service, care for others, demonstrate integrity, and pray.
OUR SCHOOL
Since 1854, Trinity Lutheran School has embraced the important work of educating children in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod tradition. Trinity students benefit from an accredited, accelerated curriculum and from smaller class sizes, which allows students more one-on-one time with teachers. Additionally, children are taught necessary, but often overlooked skills, such as organization skills and study techniques. However, the true cornerstone of academic success at Trinity is a loving, disciplined, and Christ-centered environment, which is paramount to teaching and learning. Trinity students are expected to be respectful, set and meet goals, work hard, and study. Because of these high expectations, it is not unusual for 2/3 of Trinity students in grades 5-8 to achieve some level of academic honor roll status. These expectations have become part of the Trinity Tradition and explain why Trinity students excel in high school, college, and beyond.
Our Mission & Vision
To provide a quality Christ-centered environment in order to:

-
1. Assist families in proclaiming and sharing the Christian faith
-
2. Provide opportunities for spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social growth
-
3. Empower students to recognize and utilize their God-given potential
